These Terms & Conditions govern your use of calmlittlehome.com and Calm Little Home content, digital products, memberships, accounts, and related services.

By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a product, joining a membership, or otherwise using Calm Little Home, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant service.

1. About Calm Little Home

Calm Little Home provides parenting content and practical support for families, including blog articles, scripts, downloadable resources, digital products, toolkits, reset plans, email content, and membership resources focused especially on the toddler and preschool years.

2. Educational information only

All Calm Little Home content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

• We do not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, diagnostic, legal, or other professional advice.
• Content is not a substitute for individualized advice from a qualified professional who understands your child, family, and circumstances.
• Parenting strategies do not guarantee a particular child response or outcome.
• You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use information from Calm Little Home.

If you are concerned about a child’s health, development, safety, or wellbeing, seek appropriate professional support.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to make purchases, create a paid membership, or join the affiliate program. If an account is created, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

You agree to provide reasonably accurate information and to update account or billing details when necessary. You may not impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts, or use another person’s payment details without authorization.

4. Digital products and licenses

Calm Little Home may sell or provide digital products such as guides, scripts, toolkits, cards, printables, templates, and other downloadable resources.

Unless a product or separate license says otherwise, digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal and household use only. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of Calm Little Home intellectual property.

You may not, without written permission:

• resell, redistribute, upload, sublicense, or give paid Calm Little Home products to others;
• copy or reproduce substantial portions for commercial use;
• remove branding or present Calm Little Home material as your own;
• use the materials to create a competing paid product or content library.

Approved affiliates may receive separate promotional materials, editable lead magnets, swipe copy, and other resources that are specifically licensed for affiliate-program use under the Affiliate Program Terms. Those permissions do not apply to ordinary customer products unless expressly stated.

5. Calm Little Home Club memberships

The Calm Little Home Club is available through monthly and annual subscription plans, with an optional 14-day free, full-access trial. A trial does not require payment information, is not automatically charged, and expires unless the member actively chooses a paid plan.

• A recurring membership renews automatically at the applicable billing interval until cancelled, unless checkout states otherwise.
• Monthly plans are billed monthly and annual plans are billed annually.
• You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your account for recurring fees until cancellation.
• You are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal if you do not want another charge.
• After cancellation, access generally continues through the period already paid for unless access is ended earlier for fraud, misuse, chargeback, or another valid reason.
• New members may choose a 14-day free Club trial with full access and no payment card required. The trial expires automatically after 14 days, without payment or automatic conversion to a paid plan. To continue, members must select and purchase a monthly or annual plan.
• From October 13, 2026, we no longer offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on new paid Club memberships. We continue honoring guarantees offered to earlier customers according to their original terms. Mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

Membership features, resources, library size, and content may evolve over time. We may add, update, reorganize, replace, or retire individual resources while continuing to provide the overall membership service.

6. Prices, payments, taxes, and billing

Prices are shown on the relevant product, membership, or checkout page and may change from time to time. A price change will not retroactively alter a completed one-time purchase.

For recurring memberships, any material change to future subscription pricing will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the notices or consent requirements that apply.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. You agree to comply with any applicable payment-provider terms. Consumer-facing prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT/tax unless clearly stated otherwise. The displayed price is not increased by an additional tax charge at checkout.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, digital-product issues, duplicate charges, and membership cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Free resources and email subscriptions

Calm Little Home may offer free guides, downloads, and other parenting resources in exchange for an email signup where clearly stated.

If you subscribe, we may send the requested resource together with related parenting content, updates, and offers in accordance with the signup notice and our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

9. Affiliate program

Calm Little Home operates an affiliate program through which approved partners may earn commissions for qualifying referrals.

Affiliate applications, commissions, milestone levels, tracking, prohibited practices, payouts, and affiliate permissions are governed separately by the Calm Little Home Affiliate Program Terms. If these general Terms conflict with the Affiliate Program Terms on an affiliate-specific matter, the Affiliate Program Terms control.

Affiliates are independent participants and are not employees, agents, franchisees, or legal representatives of Calm Little Home.

10. Sponsored content and recommendations

Calm Little Home does not currently use third-party affiliate links as part of its content strategy. If sponsored content or another compensated recommendation is introduced in the future, the relationship will be clearly disclosed where required.

Any third-party products, services, or external resources mentioned on the site remain subject to their own provider terms, policies, and warranties.

11. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Calm Little Home owns or licenses the website content, branding, designs, original graphics, written materials, digital resources, downloads, product content, and other original materials.

You may read, save, and use ordinary site content for personal, non-commercial purposes and may share links to public pages. You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the website or its products without permission.

12. Comments and user submissions

If Calm Little Home allows comments, reviews, forms, or other user submissions, you are responsible for what you submit. You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, spammy, or otherwise inappropriate material.

We may moderate, remove, reject, or restrict content and accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, or business.

By voluntarily submitting a public comment or review, you grant Calm Little Home a non-exclusive right to display and use that submission in connection with the website and service, subject to applicable privacy law.

• use Calm Little Home trademarks, branding, or identity to impersonate the business;

14. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Calm Little Home available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, hosting issues, third-party failures, security events, or technical problems may temporarily affect availability.

We may change, improve, reorganize, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or services where reasonably necessary. Where a change materially affects an already-paid service, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

15. Third-party services and links

The site may connect to payment providers, email systems, social networks, analytics services, external websites, or other third-party tools. Calm Little Home does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their independent content, security, availability, terms, or privacy practices.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Calm Little Home is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from use of the website, parenting content, digital resources, third-party links, or technical interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these Terms.

18. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Calm Little Home collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information, including information connected to purchases, memberships, email subscriptions, and affiliate tracking.

19. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account, membership, affiliate account, or part of the service where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, intellectual-property misuse, or serious violation of applicable terms.

Termination does not remove payment obligations or rights that arose before termination, and any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Calm Little Home changes. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Changes generally apply prospectively. If a change materially affects a paid recurring service, we will handle it according to any notice, consent, or consumer-protection rules that apply.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you live.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts or dispute-resolution bodies determined under applicable law. Nothing in this section removes a consumer’s right to rely on mandatory local protections or jurisdiction rules that cannot lawfully be waived.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
