Calm Little Home Affiliate Program Terms
1. Joining the program
By applying to and participating in the Calm Little Home Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms. Applications may be approved or declined at our discretion. Participants must be at least 18 years old and able to receive affiliate payments lawfully in their country.
2. Commission
Approved affiliates begin at a 30% commission rate unless Calm Little Home has agreed to a different rate in writing. Affiliates can unlock higher commission rates through the milestone system described below.
- Eligible one-time digital resource purchases generate commission at the affiliate’s current tier rate.
- Eligible Club memberships generate commission on the qualifying initial payment at the affiliate’s current tier rate.
- Qualifying monthly Club renewals, and qualifying annual Club renewals when the annual membership is billed again, generate commission at the affiliate’s current tier rate while the referred membership remains active and eligible.
- Commission is calculated from the qualifying amount actually paid by the customer, excluding refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible amounts.
- No commission is earned on a free transaction unless Calm Little Home expressly agrees otherwise.
- Self-referrals and purchases made primarily to generate your own commission are not eligible.
3. Affiliate milestone levels
Affiliates may unlock higher commission rates based on the number of unique qualifying paid customers successfully attributed to their affiliate account:
- Starter — 30%: 0–9 unique qualifying paid customers.
- Growth — 40%: 10–24 unique qualifying paid customers.
- Pro — 45%: 25–49 unique qualifying paid customers.
- Elite — 50%: 50–99 unique qualifying paid customers.
- Top Partner — 60%: 100 or more unique qualifying paid customers.
A unique qualifying paid customer is a real, distinct customer whose eligible paid purchase or Club membership is successfully attributed to the affiliate and remains valid under these terms.
- An eligible one-time digital product purchase does count toward milestone progress.
- A new monthly Club member counts toward milestone progress.
- A new annual Club member counts toward milestone progress.
- The same person counts only once toward milestones, even if that person buys several products, joins the Club later, renews a membership, or makes additional purchases.
- Recurring Club renewals can generate commission, but they do not create additional milestone customers.
- Free downloads, free email signups, clicks, leads, and other non-paying activity do not count toward milestone progress.
- Refunded, reversed, charged-back, fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise ineligible transactions do not count and may be removed from milestone totals.
When a higher milestone tier is unlocked, the new tier rate applies to future qualifying commission payments from that point forward. This includes future eligible one-time purchases, new Club memberships, and qualifying recurring Club renewals from customers the affiliate referred before reaching the higher tier. Previously recorded commissions are not recalculated retroactively.
Milestone upgrades may be reviewed and applied manually. Calm Little Home may verify referral quality, payment validity, account standing, and compliance with these terms before applying or maintaining a milestone level.
4. Tracking and attribution
Affiliates must use the unique tracking links supplied through the affiliate dashboard. The standard referral cookie duration is 30 days. If a visitor uses more than one affiliate link before purchasing, the most recent tracked affiliate referral may replace an earlier referral. Once an eligible recurring membership has been successfully attributed, later qualifying renewal payments may continue to credit the original affiliate relationship through the membership integration.
Tracking technology is not infallible. Calm Little Home is responsible for commissions recorded by the affiliate system and may review unusual or disputed transactions. We cannot guarantee attribution when tracking is blocked, cookies are unavailable, referral links are altered, or a purchase cannot reasonably be connected to an affiliate.
5. Refunds, cancellations, disputes and chargebacks
Commission connected to a refunded, reversed, cancelled, charged-back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid payment may be removed, reversed, deducted from future earnings, or withheld from payout. A cancelled membership stops generating future renewal commission after paid membership charges stop.
6. Payouts
Affiliate payouts are generally processed monthly once the affiliate has at least $20 USD in payable approved commission. Earnings below the threshold roll forward until the threshold is reached. Payout timing may be delayed when necessary to account for refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, missing payout information, or other reasonable verification.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes, declarations, or reporting obligations that apply to their affiliate income.
7. Honest promotion and disclosure
You may promote Calm Little Home only in ways that are honest, accurate, respectful, and consistent with applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules. Whenever required, clearly disclose that you may earn a commission from purchases made through your link. The disclosure should be easy for your audience to notice and understand.
You may share your genuine experience and opinions, but you may not make claims that Calm Little Home has not made, present parenting resources as medical or mental-health treatment, guarantee particular parenting outcomes, or use fear, shame, fabricated testimonials, or misleading before-and-after claims to generate sales.
8. Prohibited promotion
Affiliates may not:
- send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or unlawful marketing communications;
- misrepresent themselves as an employee, owner, official spokesperson, or customer-support representative of Calm Little Home;
- register or use domains, social handles, ads, or branding designed to impersonate Calm Little Home;
- bid on the Calm Little Home name or confusingly similar branded search terms in paid advertising without written permission;
- publish unauthorized discount or coupon claims;
- use deceptive redirects, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, automated clicks, adware, or other artificial attribution methods;
- promote the program or products through illegal, hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise seriously inappropriate content.
9. Brand materials
Affiliates may use approved Calm Little Home links, graphics, descriptions, and promotional materials for the purpose of participating in the program. Calm Little Home retains ownership of its trademarks, designs, content, and other intellectual property. Permission to use program materials ends when participation ends.
10. Customers and pricing
Customers referred by an affiliate remain customers of Calm Little Home. Calm Little Home controls its products, membership pricing, availability, refunds, customer service, and business policies and may change them over time. Affiliates should avoid publishing price claims that could become outdated unless clearly qualified.
11. Account review and termination
Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time. Calm Little Home may suspend or terminate an affiliate account, withhold suspicious commissions, or investigate activity when there is reasonable concern about fraud, misleading promotion, policy violations, legal risk, or abuse of the program.
Valid approved commissions earned before ordinary termination remain payable subject to these terms. Commissions connected to fraud, self-referral, prohibited practices, chargebacks, or other violations may be rejected or forfeited.
12. No employment relationship
Affiliates are independent participants, not employees, agents, franchisees, or legal representatives of Calm Little Home. Affiliates have no authority to make commitments on behalf of Calm Little Home.
13. Program changes
Calm Little Home may update the affiliate program, commission structure, eligibility rules, payment methods, or these terms as the program develops. Material changes will apply prospectively where appropriate and will not be used to remove commission that was already validly earned under earlier terms.
14. Liability and applicable law
The program is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Calm Little Home is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by tracking interruptions, third-party platforms, technical failures, or participation in the affiliate program. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
