3. Eligibility and accounts

5. Calm Little Home Club memberships

The Calm Little Home Club may be offered through monthly and annual subscription plans.

• A recurring membership renews automatically at the applicable billing interval until cancelled, unless checkout states otherwise.
• Monthly plans are billed monthly and annual plans are billed annually.
• You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your account for recurring fees until cancellation.
• You are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal if you do not want another charge.
• After cancellation, access generally continues through the period already paid for unless access is ended earlier for fraud, misuse, chargeback, or another valid reason.

Membership features, resources, library size, and content may evolve over time. We may add, update, reorganize, replace, or retire individual resources while continuing to provide the overall membership service.

6. Prices, payments, taxes, and billing

Prices are shown on the relevant product, membership, or checkout page and may change from time to time. A price change will not retroactively alter a completed one-time purchase.

For recurring memberships, any material change to future subscription pricing will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the notices or consent requirements that apply.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Free resources and email subscriptions

Calm Little Home may offer free guides, script packs, downloads, and other resources in exchange for an email signup where clearly stated.

If you subscribe, we may send the requested resource together with related parenting content, updates, and offers in accordance with the signup notice and our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

9. Affiliate program

Calm Little Home operates an affiliate program through which approved partners may earn commissions for qualifying referrals.

Affiliate applications, commissions, milestone levels, tracking, prohibited practices, payouts, and affiliate permissions are governed separately by the Calm Little Home Affiliate Program Terms. If these general Terms conflict with the Affiliate Program Terms on an affiliate-specific matter, the Affiliate Program Terms control.

Affiliates are independent participants and are not employees, agents, franchisees, or legal representatives of Calm Little Home.

10. Affiliate links and sponsored content

Some Calm Little Home content may contain affiliate links or sponsored recommendations. Where required, affiliate or sponsored relationships will be disclosed.
